Partner Offers

Is it better to pre-book?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased on the gate, but online booking is usually the better price and helps keep things moving.
How will I know if you're closed due to poor weather?
We try to update the website with any closures, but it is always best to check social media for the latest information or call admissions on 01677 427203.
What if I arrive earlier or later than my booked slot?
Entry times are flexible. Please do not worry if you arrive earlier or later than the booked slot.
Are pre-booked tickets transferrable or refundable?
Tickets can only be redeemed by the purchaser. To amend the date of your visit, please follow the link in your booking confirmation email. Tickets are non-refundable.
What is deemed as a concession?
Concession tickets are valid for retired 65+, disabled, students, forces, military and NHS staff, with valid proof required on the day.
